All For The Earth Foundation may from time to time purchase the hold property all for the protection of the environment of the Earth as defined from time to time by the board of directors. All For the Earth Foundation may hold title to property and collect income, if any, there from provided that the entire amount thereof, less reasonable expenses shall be contributed to charitable, scientific, literary or educational organizations dedicated to the protection of the environment.

All For The Earth Foundation shall not be operated for profit but shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes.
